“Therefore, I urge you brothers in view of God’s mercy to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship.”
- Romans 12:1

Worship at The Woodlands United Methodist Church
The members at The Woodlands United Methodist church believe that worshiping God is our highest priority. The primary reason we meet together is to focus our attention on God, giving Him our worship and receiving His blessing and inspiration.

Three services are held on Sunday morning, offering traditional and contemporary styles of worship. Our Traditional Services are held in the Robb Chapel at 8:30 a.m. and in the Sanctuary at 11:00 a.m. Each service offers a formal order of worship, as well as a variety of classical and contemporary music sung by the congregation or performed by choirs, ensembles or soloist. The Harvest, our contemporary worship service is held in the Sanctuary at 9:15 a.m. This upbeat, praise and worship service is offered to those who are looking for a more relaxed and informal style of worship.

The sacrament of Communion is offered at both the Traditional and Harvest services on the first Sunday of each month, as well as special times during the season of Lent, Holy Week and Christmas. Every believer is welcome to participate.

Baptism is offered throughout the year for children of members and adults. A training session is scheduled the week prior to the baptism service for parents of children being baptized. We encourage adult members who have not been baptized to be included in these services as well.

If you have any question about our services, Communion, Baptism, please feel free to contact one of our ministers at 281.297.5900.
