This organization was interested in having a system built to be used as a central and virtual point of reference for students, parents and teachers.
How it Works
Parents and Students can login and:
- Complete all paperwork necessary to sign up for classes
- Sign up for the actual classes and review information about each teacher
- View upcoming class schedules & information
- Sign up multiple children
- Check payment schedule
Teachers can login and:
- Check the status of paper work for each student
- View and message all parents & children
- View all students signed up for each class
- Generate various reports
- Create rosters for the classes
Administrators can login and:
- Fully manage all parents, students, teachers and classes
- Have global functionality that all teachers have
- Update the website itself
- Setup school locations to where teachers can be assigned
Web Based Advantage
The web application we built for them allows them to have one point of reference for everything. The only thing needed for access is a computer and internet access. No need to install or learn any software. It is entirely portable, and always has the most current information available to everyone involved.
