Intranet System

The Need
In order to keep everyone well connected, interactive and to stay abreast of what is happening in the organization, a Blood and Tissue donation organization hired us to build them a web based intranet system that can be accessed both in network and away from the office.

Key Features

• The intranet can only be accessed using an approved login/password combination. The system automatically logs who signs into the system, as well as the date and time.



• The intranet has loads of functional uses. Included in this are:
  
  - Dynamically generated graphs to display stock levels & goals
  - Staff photo gallery & contact list
  - Announcements & upcoming events
  - Employee spotlight Section
  - Fully manageable event photo gallery
  - Message Board



• The Administrator has the ability to fully manage all aspects of the intranet, its users and can access logs that record user activity.

Web Based Advantage
In addition to staying connected, interactive with each other and staying on top of the most current news in the organization, this organization's staff doesn't even need to be on-site to access the intranet we developed for them. They can be anywhere with a computer and internet access.
