The Need
This Insurance company had thousands of inspection reports that covered property for several states. With several claims adjusters in the company, the need to stay organized, keep good records of who approved/denied which report was needed. The company would upload hundreds of insurance claim reports each night at 2am. At 3am, the system would automatically read all of the new reports and place them in the database queue to be looked at by the insurance adjusters.
How it Works
Insurance Adjusters can login and:
- View a list of open and closed cases & download report documents
- Mark reports as approved or denied, opened or closed
- Use search form to search based on claim status, name and county
- All inspection reports are automatically tagged with which insurance claims adjuster performed which action, at which date and time
The Administrator can login and:
- Have complete access over all insurance claims adjusters and insurance claims reports
- Add/edit/delete any insurance claims adjuster in the system
- Use search form to search based on claim status, name and county
- Generate various types of reports
Web Based Advantage
The web application we built enables them to be paperless, and gives them the unique capabiity to run reports & do searches for any of their clients, from anywhere with a computer and internet access.
