Q: I am concerned that the website you design for me will not turn out how I want it to. How can I be sure that I will be satisfied?
A: During the design phase, a Tanner Creative designer will work with you until you are completely satisfied. We will not move forward on any project until you are 100% satisfied with the layout we design for you, and approve us to move forward. (For all projects starting at $1,500).

Q: What if I do not want a full blown website right now?
A: Our websites can be upgraded at a later time to include the features / enhancements you may find more use for or have the budget for in the future.

Q: How much input and control do I have throughout the duration on the project?
A: You will be given a specialized link to view at anytime, via the web so you can track progress at anytime. Since you have this type of access, you will be able to make requests via phone, fax or email. We will also give you frequent updates as each project phase comes to a close.

Q: My establishment is based in another state. Why should I put trust in your company?
A: As a member of the Better Business Bureau, we are held accountable to providing top quality customer service and development to all of our clients. We are based in Texas, but nearly half of our clients our actually outside of Texas. Please review our work and testimonials on the website, and feel free to request references as well.

Q: After the website is finished, what do I need to do?
A: Nothing! Tanner Creative can take care of domain name registration, hosting your website and setting up the website on the host.

Q: How do we get started?
A: During the project discovery process, Tanner Creative put together a list of recommended items, along with pricing for every item discussed. When you pick the items you would like to move forward on the list, we will send over a finalized list inside of our development agreement to be signed – which, as of September 30th, 2006 can be signed online. In addition, an invoice for the deposit to get started will be sent via email as well.

Q: What type of payment methods do you accept?
A: Check, money order, credit card and Pay Pal.

Q: Do you offer any type of payment plans?
A: Yes, depending upon the size of the project. If it is a larger project, we can setup a payment plan that works with your finances over a period of several months.
