How it WorksAdministrators can login and:
- Fully manage all pools and lifeguards
- Approve or deny lifeguard applications that their website sends to them
- Setup an unlimited number of time shifts for each pool
- Assign lifeguards to work only in specific pools that are geographically close to them
- Do all of their employee scheduling online
- Print off the schedules
- Quickly determine who has not been in the system and make the necessary adjustments to ensure no one misses their shifts
- Send notices to the lifeguards
- Fill out a job application form online to be considered as a lifeguard
- View their work assignments online, from any computer with internet access
- Request days and times off from their work schedule if needed
