As my family and I get ready for the long drive to California (yes, we ARE that crazy - this it the 4th time by car, with children!), I can’t help but think of how next year will play out.  It is, after all, only a few weeks away!  The final months of the year tend to be slower than the others, and I tend to believe that it is due to the previous 10-11 months of being overworked and being focused on holiday plans.  Either way, now is a time for re-charging - so enjoy!

Part of the fun for me this time of the year is to formulate some early New Years resolutions for business, which is fueled by the drive to have a better year than the previous, and more satisfied clients.
